Brad H. Bearnson is a founding partner of Bearnson & Peck, LC. Mr. Bearnson recently returned to the private practice of law on a full-time basis after serving as general counsel for ICON Health & Fitness, Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of home fitness and excercise equipment. He has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts. Mr. Bearnson is also very experienced in all aspects of corporate law and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, conducting legal transactional works, negotiating debt and equity, financing, and regulatory compliance.
