Brandon J. Baxter is a partner with the firm of Bearnson & Peck, LC. Brandon represents injury victims and their families in personal injury, malpractice, wrongful death, and other tort cases. Brandon’s litigation practice also encompasses commercial, real property, and contract disputes. Brandon has a special interest in representing parties in agricultural and water law issues. Beyond litigation, Brandon also offers other legal services to clients including: business start-up, contract formation, and estate planning. Prior to moving to Cache Valley, Brandon practiced law in Eugene, Oregon where his practice involved complex multi-party civil litigation. Brandon is married to Jodi Hill Baxter, and they make their home in Paradise, Utah. Brandon, Jodi and their five children enjoy rock climbing, snow skiing, and water skiing together as a family. |
