Marty E. Moore is a partner of Bearnson & Peck, LC. Mr. Moore has extensive litigation and jury-trial experience in state and federal courts, including commercial litigation, personal injury and wrongful death, employment litigation, and general trial practice. Before joining Bearnson & Peck, LC, Mr. Moore worked nearly 17 years for the State of Florida in such positions as Chief Assistant Statewide Prosecutor, Assistant State Attorney, Chief Assistant Public Defender, and as a member of the executive staff of the Florida Attorney General in the Florida capitol. Mr. Moore also maintains an active real estate and immigration law practice.
